You can delete your Single Relations account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Single Relations app and go to Settings.
2. Tap "Temporarily deactivate your account or permanently delete it".
3. Tap "Permanently delete your account" and confirm.

Without the app

Email info@vift.io from the email address on your account and write "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, name, email address, phone number, date of birth, location, photos, posts, comments, likes, friend and follow requests, notifications and search history.

What is kept

• Messages you have sent to other users stay in their conversations, shown as from "Deleted User", until they are removed by our normal chat deletion.
• An anonymous record without personal information is kept for technical reasons.
• Deleted data disappears from our encrypted backups within 7 days.
• Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account.
